  These **** are slumlords. I have never lived in a filthier & more disgusting, cockroach infested apartment. I have never dealt with more stupid staff.
  The maintenance guy Jeff is pretty awesome but he's like 85 & has to manage 13 buildings!
  
  Stay away!
  All of their apartments are poorly managed & absolutely disgusting. The dumpster from my building was constantly overflowing with rotten putrid garbage. When I had to sign my lease the staff demanded a co-signer but refused to send them a copy of the lease. Isn't that illegal????
  
  The apartment staff was consistently unhelpful & stole money any chance they had.
